Returned products are not resold, so unless the product does not perform according to the product specifications, we may not be able to authorize their return. However, we always welcome inquiries from customers and hope we can solve your problems. Please make sure you contact us to receive authorization to return your product.
If we make an error in your order, please let us know and we will take immediate action, at no cost to you. If you made an error in your order, however, because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returned items for a refund.
