ProcedureGlycoprotein G of lnfectious laryngotracheitis virus was expressed in insect cells (Sf9) and used to immunize one chicken. After multiple immunizations with this recombinant protein, eggs were collected and IgY was purified from the egg yolk. This antibody is NOT affinity purified.
